Night Carer / Health Care Assistant.

Location: South Cerney nr Cirencester
Pay: £9.45 per hour
Hours: Full / Part Time Hours Available.

The Lakes Care Centre is a state of the art 64 bedded specialist dementia and nursing care centre, offering the opportunity for residents to live in luxury surroundings, with experienced qualified nurses and care professionals on hand 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Its waterside position with beautiful views over the lake will promote an atmosphere of calmness and tranquility for our residents and we are working with the University of Sterling Dementia Services Centre and DSDC to ensure we meet their Gold Standard in dementia design.

Care is at the heart of everything that we do. Working within the Night Care team you will show warmth, compassion and support to our residents and their families; helping to promote independence and dignity and positively enhancing the lives of individuals in our care.
Your daily routine will be as varied as the needs of people you are looking after. You will often be helping people with their personal needs as well as supporting them to go about their daily activities, but you will know what makes a difference to them and what helps to put a smile on their face.
