Salary: £9.44 - £9.79
Hours of work: 18 hrs a week

Digby Court is a thirty-five capacity care home located in Bourne, dedicated to person-centered methods and offering quality care for older people and adults with a physical disability. Digby Court offers compassionate, individualized residential and respite care in a comfortable, homely environment. Our home is situated in a quiet residential area, but still close to the center of the historic market town of Bourne. The town provides a comprehensive range of shops and amenities, all of which are within easy reach of Digby Court.

We are now recruiting Night Carer’s to join our team!
Care is at the heart of everything that we do. Working within the Care team you will show warmth, compassion and support to our residents and their families; helping to promote independence and dignity and positively enhancing the lives of individuals in our care.
Your routine will be as varied as the needs of people you are looking after. You will often be helping people with their personal needs as well as supporting them to go about their regular activities, but you will know what makes a difference to them and what helps to put a smile on their face.
Level 2 qualification is desirable in Health & Social Care

The Government’s ‘Infection Control Fund’ (introduced as a result of the Coronavirus) requires Care homes to restrict permanent and temporary staff to working in only one care home, to help reduce the spread of the Coronavirus. As a result of this, if you already have another job elsewhere (either in Care or another sector) and you wish to continue working there alongside the Trust, unfortunately we would not be able to progress with your application at this time. However, if you are happy to consider committing to working for us exclusively until the restrictions are lifted we are happy to discuss guaranteeing you the hours you will lose from not being able to work your second job.
