Domiciliary Care Team Leader - Permanent Hours
Shifts: Office hours, 30 hours per week
Hourly rate: £12.33
An opportunity has arisen for a Domiciliary Team Leader to join the Extra Care Housing Team at Shotover View
You will provide direct supervision of the care team under the guidance of the Housing and Care Manager, and support to the Housing and Care Manager with the administration of the service, You will also support the Housing and Care Manager by contributing to the efficient and effective running of the service.
Some of your key duties will include managing rotas and care visits, supervising a team of domiciliary carers, maintain the electronic systems of care, audit and review care plans, assisting with housing management.
The successful candidate will be predominately office based Monday - Friday, however would be required to deliver care or cover weekends in the event of Carer shortages, and participate in the on call rota along side the manager of the service
You will be an organised individual with the motivation to work both on your own and as part of a team.
